Interim Executive Leadership
Rachel leads nonprofits through transition by developing strong partnerships with boards, ensuring programs are thriving, stabilizing operations, and working to find mission allignment organization wide.
Rachel is certified in Interim Executive Leadershiop from both Support Center and Third Sector. Inspired and guided by William Bridges, Rachel believes in the power of transitional moments and is motivated to support teams as they redefine, grow, and strengthen. Rachel has served as an interim in several positions previously and is currently leading the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Association (NQAPIA).
Rachel now facilitates training with Support Center, guiding the next wave of interim leaders in this work, with a special focus on DEIJ in the interim leadership sphere.
