About Rachel

Rachel Figurasmith is an award-winning nonprofit leader and educator. She is an expert in nonprofit interim leadership, dynamic group facilitation, and disability inclusion support. 

Rachel has trained hundreds of educators, supported over a dozen organizations in their inclusion journeys, and coached many supervisors as they grow into strong leaders that she is proud to call colleagues. 

A nonprofit executive, Rachel leads organizations through their most challenging periods of time: leadership transitions. Rachel supports organizations during interim periods, developing strong community and lay leadership partnerships, ensuring that operations are stable and programs are mission-aligned, and moving into their next phase stronger than before.
